Domestic (U.S.) Orders

Processing time: Typically 4–6 business days (3–7 during high volume or for custom orders).
Carriers: Primarily UPS Ground (most deliveries 2–5 business days after dispatch).

Processing & Packaging

Every Augusta Carve product is CNC-cut from premium ¼″ birch plywood and hand-sanded for a smooth, craft-ready finish.
All items are securely packaged in heavy-duty boxes to ensure safe delivery.

Canada Orders

Processing time: Typically 4–6 business days (3–7 during high volume).
Transit time: Usually 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Flat Rate Shipping: $22 USD per order (orders under $125 subtotal).
FREE Canada Shipping: Orders $125+ (subtotal)

Duties & Taxes: Import VAT, duties, or handling fees (if applicable) are collected by the carrier upon delivery and are the customer’s responsibility.
Remote Areas: Certain postal codes (far-north or remote) may require a surcharge or be excluded from free shipping; we’ll contact you if this applies.
