Please note: Once a package has left our shop, we have access to the same tracking information available to you.

International Orders (Canada & United Kingdom)

International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, VAT (Value Added Tax), GST/HST, brokerage fees, or other taxes imposed by their country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon import if required by local customs authorities or the carrier.

Customers may be contacted by UPS to pay these charges before delivery. Augusta Carve does not collect or pay international duties, taxes, VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees, or import taxes on behalf of customers.
